Job summary

Harvey is building a best-in-class GTM systems team in Dublin and is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to scale the tools powering our pipeline and customer experience. You’ll work across Salesforce, Zendesk, and enrichment platforms, applying AI-first approaches to automate admin tasks, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (data modeling, Flows, lead routing, account hierarchy, reporting) and Zendesk administration.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.), and experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Demonstrated AI fluency: you already use AI tools to build workflows, automate admin tasks, draft configurations, and troubleshoot.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of GTM Systems projects, balancing top-of-funnel growth and customer success tooling.
• Design and optimize lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows across providers.
• Configure Zendesk and adjacent CS platforms and integrate with CRM and CS tools.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration across the funnel including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation.
• Use AI to build AI agents, automations, and copilots to reduce manual admin tasks.
• Maintain data quality and governance across integrated tools and document system architectures.
