Job summary

Harvey is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to scale our go-to-market tech stack. You’ll work AI-first across Salesforce, Zendesk, and enrichment tools, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to drive revenue and retention.

You’ll design end-to-end data flows, build AI-driven automations, and deliver scalable, compliant processes while collaborating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps or similar roles.
• Strong Salesforce skills: Flows, lead routing, account hierarchy, reporting; Zendesk admin experience.
• Hands-on with enrichment/data providers and marketing automation platforms.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to ship AI-driven workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse GTM Systems projects, focusing on top-of-funnel growth and customer success tooling.
• Design lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows.
• Configure Zendesk and related CS platforms for support and success.
• Assist Salesforce configuration for funnel, lifecycle stages, and automation.
• Build AI-powered agents and automations to reduce manual admin.
• Integrate GTM/CS tools for a unified customer view and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and governance as we scale.
