• Has 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or related analytical roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving with data
• Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Support the GTM leadership with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
• Support Sales Strategy and Operations by standardizing global and regional processes
• Deep dive into key performance metrics to understand business performance
• Solve problems and structure analysis for complex sales operations challenges
• Identify new opportunities and productivity gains for regional leadership
• Participate in go-to-market projects and regular planning
• Run analyses on key metrics and provide insights to leadership
• Oversee enabling systems and tools with internal teams
• Prepare weekly forecast materials and updates for leadership
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholders
