Stripe in Dublin is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our Go-to-Market teams across EMEA. You will own full-cycle recruiting, shaping strategy, sourcing top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive hiring metrics, transparency, and alignment with business goals. A builder mindset and data-driven approach are essential for success in this 11-month contract.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business English proficiency.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting strategy for GTM and regional growth.
• Develop and implement sourcing plans, and track recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Provide regular reports on hiring progress to leadership and ensure alignment with goals.
