Job summary

Stripe in Dublin is seeking a consultative recruiter to grow and scale our GTM team across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Development. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for a fixed-term 11-month contract.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand objectives, develop sourcing plans, track metrics, and collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Business English proficiency.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven use of data insights to refine recruiting processes.
• Flexibility and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals.
• Develop scalable recruiting strategies to expand GTM teams in EMEA.
• Propose and implement changes to improve recruiting efficacy and reach.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to engage top talent for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal for a seamless candidate experience.
