Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Platform Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in the UK and Ireland, driving payments-as-a-service as a competitive advantage for growing software platforms. You will shape GTM strategy, oversee hiring, and align with product and marketing to accelerate growth.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven team. Based in the region, you’ll collaborate across Stripe’s sales and partnerships orgs to scale impact.

About the team

The Platform Sales team is a highly consultative sales team that is responsible for some of Stripe’s largest and fastest growing partners. Stripe helps software platforms offer more value to their customers by embedding Stripe’s powerful payments technology into their solution. As a Platform Sales Manager, you will play a critical role on our go-to-market leadership bench - leading a team of AEs to make payments-as-a-service a competitive advantage for high-growth organizations in the UK and Ireland
