Job summary

Stripe is seeking consultative and creative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team across EMEA. This 11 month fixed-term contract role will be based in Dublin and London, with ownership of full-cycle recruiting, hiring strategy, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives, develop scalable recruiting strategies, and use data insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes across Stripe's GTM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and driving hiring strategy for GTM teams.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experience and data-driven storytelling to leadership.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent in EMEA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring objectives with business goals.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership to ensure transparency.
• Assist in expanding GTM teams in EMEA and build a diverse candidate pool.
