Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced professional to join the EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team. You will partner with sales leaders and global partners to improve planning, execution, and automation of core GTM processes across the region, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and actions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, management consulting, banking, analytics, or a similar analytical field.
• Experience working with go-to-market teams and trusted advisor to commercial leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools; SQL or willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders to enhance GTM strategy and operations for EMEA.
• Localize and execute global GTM policies and sales programs for the EMEA market.
• Act as a primary point of contact for defined sales leaders on strategic and operational questions.
• Orchestrate and support the rhythm of business, including data prep for QBRs and annual planning cycles.
• Partner with systems, data, and central operations to automate recurring work using AI-enabled workflows.
• Produce analyses, reports, and recommendations on sales performance and program effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion with clear milestones.
• Document processes and best practices to enable scalable outputs.
