Qualifications
- Experience in GTM engineering or growth operations.
- Hands-on with workflow platforms like n8n.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents and AI-powered workflows.
- Familiarity with multi-market GTM and data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM systems, experiments, automations and data flows.
- Design growth experiments and automated signup flows.
- Build reliable AI-powered workflows for marketing and GTM.
- Connect systems via APIs and custom integrations.
- Monitor data quality, reliability and performance of automations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data and Revenue Ops.
