Job summary

Deel is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager on our Customer Education team to design and deliver training that helps customers maximize value from our platform. You will run live workshops, create custom sessions, and support certification and self-serve learning options.

Travel to client sites is possible to deliver on-site training. You will partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to align content with releases and customer needs, measure impact, and continuously

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer education or enablement.
• Experience delivering live instructor-led training (virtual/in-person).
• Ability to design tailored training sessions based on audience needs.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and webinar tools.
• Data-driven with ability to use feedback to improve training.
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Willing to travel for training engagements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live workshops, webinars, and sessions for customers.
• Build tailored training programs for strategic accounts and product rollouts.
• Create facilitator guides, decks, exercises, demos, and job aids.
• Convert live content into self-paced courses and learning paths.
• Support customer certification tracks and exams.
• Drive registration and attendance through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Success, Support, and Marketing on content.
• Track attendance, completion, CSAT, and certification rates.
• Update materials based on product changes and feedback.
