Datadog is seeking a Manager, Field Enablement to lead a growing team across the EMEA region. You will coach Field Enablement Managers, translate regional priorities into coordinated enablement plans, and work with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success leadership to drive performance.

You will partner with curriculum, program management, and operations teams to maintain high-quality enablement standards. Strong coaching and stakeholder management are essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or related GTM roles.
• Direct experience managing people.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA GTM landscape across markets and languages.
• Track record translating business priorities into enablement strategy.
• Certified coach or demonstrated coaching commitment recommended.

• Lead the Field Enablement team and advance them to data-driven partners.
• Coach and develop Field Enablement Managers with regular feedback and career planning.
• Own workforce planning for the EMEA team including recruiting and onboarding.
• Set enablement strategy and priorities in partnership with Sales, SDR, and CS leadership.
• Maintain a consistent quality bar for delivery, coaching, and program effectiveness.
• Partner with regional leaders to align with global standards and certifications.
• Report team impact and outcomes to stakeholders.
