You will work closely with Directors, identifying opportunities, refining processes and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a business, operations or general management role.
• Proven experience managing people and external contractors.
• Experience in training, occupational health and safety, healthcare, consultancy or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong B2B client relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with account growth or revenue opportunity focus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations across training, ergonomic consultancy, DSE assessments and related services.
• Manage employees, trainers, consultants and contractors to meet client requirements.
• Develop and improve operational processes and systems as the business grows.
• Monitor workloads, capacity, service delivery and performance.
• Build long-term relationships with key B2B clients and explore new revenue.
• Support new business development, including sales pipeline and tenders.
• Coordinate training programmes and contracts with trainer capacity.
• Recruit, onboard and manage teams; monitor revenue, costs and profitability.
• Provide KPIs and reporting on revenue, client retention and performance.
• Identify efficiency gains through technology and AI-driven systems.
