Job summary

Corporate HR Ireland in Cork is seeking a commercially driven Human Resources Solutions Business Development Manager on a permanent basis. You will lead lead generation, client meetings and negotiations to expand our Munster region, reporting to the CEO & Head of Sales Ireland.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable business growth. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and business development targets.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, outbound sales and industry events.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare compelling proposals, tenders and business development presentations.
• Manage and develop client relationships, identifying opportunities for retention, upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
• Identify new markets, sectors and strategic partnerships to support business growth.
• Work closely with the CEO and internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition and service delivery.
