Job summary

Collins McNicholas Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders across a manufacturing environment in Sligo. The role focuses on developing people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness while coaching leaders and ensuring compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification or membership is desirable.
• Experience supporting leaders within a fast-paced environment across Employee Relations, Coaching, Change Management, Employee Engagement.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into effective people strategies and workforce plans.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and solutions that support organisational objectives and operational performance.
• Utilise HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform actions, and influence decisions.
• Act as a trusted adviser and coach to leaders to develop their teams and capabilities.
• Support leaders in navigating complex people challenges and organisational change.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement across the organisation.
• Identify talent needs and support succession planning, recruitment, and development initiatives.
• Champion culture, values, and employee experience initiatives and lead change management.
• Deliver core HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects and HR training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

CIPD qualification or membership (or equivalent professional HR qualification)
