IN2 Engineering is seeking a Commercial/Business Development Manager to drive growth across Ireland. This client-facing role focuses on developing strategic relationships, winning new work, and expanding the company’s presence in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Data Centres and Life Sciences.

You will lead bids and tenders, manage sales pipelines and CRM activity, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in the built environment sector.
Strong track record in business development or winning work.
Deep understanding of Irish engineering and construction markets.
Well-established network in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to support long-term growth.
Build relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
Identify and secure new project opportunities within the Irish market.
Lead bids, tenders, presentations, and other work-winning activities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Work with technical and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and brand awareness.
Manage sales pipelines, CRM activity, and client relationship programmes.
