Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Associate Commercial Growth Account Executive based in Dublin for a hybrid role. You will identify new workloads within existing Atlas customers, articulate the value of our expanding data platform, and support customers to maximize adoption and satisfaction.

You will build relationships inside accounts, drive growth across industries, and thrive in a fast-paced sales team focused on growth and retention.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in database or software.
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, team-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
High EQ, coachability, intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

Identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive Atlas consumption.
Articulate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform.
Support customers throughout their journey, addressing queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
Develop relationships within customer accounts to promote visibility and deepen the partnership with decision-makers.
Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads.
