Job summary

MongoDB in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of enterprise ADRs, shaping talent and revenue development. You will map skill gaps, coach, and drive a high-performance culture aligned to rapid sales goals.

You’ll partner with Enterprise Sales leaders, own KPI tracking and forecasting, and help unlock new territories while ensuring scalable lead management processes for the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience prospecting as an individual contributor and closing.
• 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring, developing and promoting.
• Experience with complex enterprise software in a multi-level decision making environment.
• Experience in open source software sales is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills with credibility at all levels, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent.
• Provide coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our sales methodology.
• Be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings.
• Provide weekly team performance summaries and timely forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and own KPI dashboards, supervise activity, and drive execution based on metrics.
