Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Account Development Representative based in Dublin for a hybrid role. You will identify high-potential businesses in Europe, drive outbound campaigns, and qualify opportunities for the Sales team while building product knowledge and managing outreach with IT and business decision makers.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (native level).
• Additional languages such as Swedish, Dutch or French preferred but not required.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or with coaching.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passionate about cutting-edge technology and learning IT software products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB in selected Strategic Accounts in EMEA.
• Lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call with Sales.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Interact with IT and business decision makers via telephone and email.
• Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management.
• Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
• Build relationships with partner team, ADRs and Account Executives.
• Invest in self-development to enable future success.
