Job summary

Rhomu Ltd. is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in a hybrid role based in Kilcormac, Offaly, Ireland.

You will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and promote Rhomu's Intelligent Outsourcing, Fractional CFO, Fractional Leadership and Strategic Consulting services to SMEs and mid‑market businesses across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent telephone and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• B2B sales experience is desirable.
• Experience selling professional or financial services would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience managing and growing customer relationships is beneficial.
