Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team from Ireland or compatible EMEA hours. This full-lifecycle role focuses on scaling Technical teams (Software Engineering, IT, Product) and GTM roles across international markets, guiding candidates through complex offer details and compliance.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, communicate sales compensation structures, and partner with hiring managers to move interview loops efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles.
• Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours to align with global stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly explain sales incentive models, OTE, and commission plans.
• Experience recruiting in SaaS/Tech or professional services across international markets.
• Experience navigating cross-border hiring and local compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Execution: manage end-to-end recruitment across Technical, GTM, and non-tech functions—from kickoff to interviewing and offers.
• Sales compensation: present and explain variable incentive plans to revenue-focused candidates.
• Global compliance: ensure offers and terms comply with local regulations.
• Proactive sourcing: identify qualified passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Hiring manager partnership: align on role expectations and refine job descriptions.
• Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with HR Ops, Payroll, Compensation, and Finance.
• Pipeline tracking: maintain real-time ATS hygiene and provide leadership visibility.
