Job summary

Zendesk International Ltd (Ireland) seeks a Talent Partner to lead GTM/Sales hiring across the EMEA region. You will source, screen, and partner with leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment and build strong pipelines.

You will deliver a superb candidate experience, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role supports a hybrid office approach with some remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition for GTM/Sales roles.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and hire across EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with SaaS businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage a diverse range of requisitions and projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide recruiting support throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and raise recruiting standards.
• Own the recruitment process from contact to offer with a great candidate experience.
• Plan and execute short- and mid-term recruiting goals with management guidance.
• Maintain data accuracy in Workday and analyze recruiting data to inform teams.
• Attract and hire diverse talent with passion and purpose.
• Source top talent across EMEA via ATS, LinkedIn and creative methods.
• Ensure recruiting process quality by training managers where needed.
• Advocate transparent, empathetic candidate experiences from start to finish.
• Support other regions with Talent Acquisition as needed.
