Job summary
Jobgether seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner based in Ireland to lead complex hiring across engineering, data, and platform infrastructure. You will shape hiring strategies, optimize assessments, and attract top tech talent using AI-powered tools and data-driven insights.
You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with technical leaders, and develop global sourcing strategies while driving candidate experiences and scalable TA practices in a remote-friendly, Europe-wide environment.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools and talent intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern technology stacks and ability to communicate with technical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical roles across engineering, data, and platform infrastructure.
- Lead sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement using AI tools.
- Define role scorecards and interview rubrics with engineering/data leaders.
- Develop global sourcing strategies to engage high-quality passive candidates.
- Monitor pipeline analytics and quality of hire to guide decisions.
