Job summary

G-P is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract in Ireland (Remote-First). You will lead full-lifecycle recruiting across technical, GTM, and corporate functions, engaging with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong knowledge of technical hiring, and familiarity with sales incentives. Remote-first with international collaboration and a focus on compliant, market-aware offers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting both Technical and non-technical roles (AI/Software Eng, GTM/Sales, Marketing, HR ops).
• Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Technical, GTM, and non-tech functions.
• Explain and navigate sales incentive/commission plans to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in offers and terms.
• Proactively source and engage qualified passive candidates in SaaS and professional services.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations and streamline interviews.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, and Finance for smooth handoffs and budgets.
• Maintain real-time ATS hygiene and provide pipeline visibility.
