Sokoni Kwetu Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-lifecycle recruiting role focused on scaling Go-To-Market and corporate operations teams across international markets. Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours, you will engage candidates and hiring managers, guiding complex global offer details and compensation structures.

You will manage end-to-end processes, partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance, and ensure compliance across regions in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience across GTM, Sales, Marketing or HR/Finance.
• Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours to align with global stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly walk sales and revenue candidates through variable incentive plans, OTE, and commission mechanics.
• Experience with cross-border hiring, international employment considerations, and local compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across GTM and non-tech business functions—from kickoff calls and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding alignment.
• Confidently present and explain variable compensation models to revenue-focused candidates.
• Navigate local compliance to ensure offer letters and employment terms meet regional regulations.
• Source proactively for passive candidates in competitive SaaS and professional services markets.
• Consult with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and move interview loops efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, and Finance for smooth handoffs and budget tracking.
• Maintain real-time ATS hygiene to provide leadership with pipeline metrics.
