Job summary

G-P is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract in a remote-first setup. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across international markets, coordinating with HR, payroll, and legal to navigate global offer details and compliance.

Based in Ireland or aligned to EMEA hours, you will build pipelines, engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers to craft compelling roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across Technical and non-technical roles including AI/Software Eng, Product, GTM/Sales, Marketing, or HR/Finance roles.
• Experience with global hiring and cross-border compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Execution: manage end-to-end recruitment across Technical, GTM, and non-tech functions from kickoff to offer and pre-onboarding.
