Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions. The role partners with hiring managers and HR to understand regional needs and build effective, locally relevant hiring strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience with global organizations in tech or cybersecurity, is comfortable coordinating across time zones, and can drive candidate experience from screening to onboarding while maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 1+ year of technical and/or sales recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA and APAC; ANZ experience preferred.
• Experience working for a global organization with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of employment laws for international recruitment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions including EMEA, APAC and ANZ; support NorAM as needed.
• Develop regionally appropriate sourcing strategies using job boards, networks and internal data.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and provide timely updates.
• Guide on candidate selection, regional markets, and offers.
• Support onboarding and handoffs to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain the ATS and recruitment reporting with accurate records.
• Build knowledge of local talent markets and employment requirements.
• Help document processes and drive improvements in global recruitment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
