Job summary

Daon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Global Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, GTM and Corporate roles across US, EMEA, APAC.

You will personally source, assess, interview, and negotiate offers, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR across multiple regions. This hybrid role requires proactive ownership, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage candidates across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years experience as an in-house / internal recruiter, personally owning full-cycle recruitment within an organisation.
• Proven ability to directly source and headhunt candidates and fill roles independently.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and act as a credible partner.
• A genuine team player, comfortable working collaboratively within a small, distributed HR team.
• Self-directed and proactive able to take ownership and drive delivery to close without close supervision.
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring process: scoping, sourcing, screening, interview management, offers, and pre-boarding across diverse roles.
• Directly headhunt and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and niche platforms.
• Conduct structured screening and first-stage interviews against role scorecards and competency criteria.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights, compensation benchmarking, and candidate calibration.
• Collaborate with Dublin HR Manager and global HR partners to ensure compliant hiring across regions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain audit-ready ATS records.
