Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.

The role partners with hiring managers and HR teams to align staffing with business needs and regional nuances. The ideal candidate has experience in a global tech or cybersecurity environment, strong sourcing capabilities, and proficiency with recruitment systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of technical and/or sales recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA and APAC; ANZ experience preferred.
• Experience with a global organization and ATS usage (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, ANZ with NorAM support as needed.
• Develop regional sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks, and local channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings across multiple time zones.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with stakeholders across global time zones.
• Provide guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiations.
