Keeper is hiring a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions globally, including EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple regions and departments, while also supporting NorAM hiring needs as required. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance. The Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work alongside our Global People and Talent Acquisition teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, reviewing applicants, attracting, and hiring top talent across EMEA, APAC, ANZ and other regions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand regional hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, facilitate the entire recruitment process, and ensure a consistent and locally relevant candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience working for a global organization, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry, and has previously recruited across multiple international markets.

Retention We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
