Job summary

Keeper Security in Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and partner with hiring managers and HR. You will manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing while aligning talent strategies with business goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in global organizations, especially tech or cybersecurity, and can recruit across time zones. Hybrid option near Cork or remote for those outside commuting distance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of technical and/or sales recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA and APAC; ANZ preferred.
• Experience with global organizations and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of international employment practices and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions including EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.
• Develop regionally appropriate sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate interviews, provide status updates, and support offer negotiations.
• Support onboarding and new hire handoffs, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment reporting.
