Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Manager, Shared Service Centre HR Operations to oversee the onboarding lifecycle and HR operations for professionals across 187+ countries. You will lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team, ensuring compliant processes and strong partner collaboration to support rapid global placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance or a related field.
• 5-10 years’ experience in HR Operations or shared services, with end-to-end lifecycle exposure.
• Experience managing cross-regional staff and multi-country onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll practices and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries and coordinate with internal partners.
• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client professionals across diverse jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliant operations with labor laws, contracts, background checks, payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Billing, and Benefits brokers to onboard new employees.
• Drive service delivery improvements and monitor OKRs (SLA, CSAT, FCR).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate pain points into platform requirements.
