Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, to lead full-cycle recruitment across global markets, including EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. The role requires permanent residence in Ireland and offers hybrid work for those near Cork or fully remote for others outside the commute.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for roles across EMEA and APAC; ANZ experience preferred
• Experience working with a global organization with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions across multiple regions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in EMEA, APAC, ANZ and NorAM support as needed
• Develop regionally appropriate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews across time zones
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders across global time zones
• Provide guidance on candidate selection, regional markets, and offer negotiation
• Support onboarding and handoffs for new hires across regions
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment reporting
