You will own the full recruiting cycle, sourcing passive candidates and building a strong pipeline while partnering with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, Portuguese or French languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting cycle, including passive outreach, from end to end for the Global Business Organisation
• Partner with hiring managers to provide consultative guidance and subject-matter expertise, helping them identify and engage top talent to reflect the needs of the business
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to find the best employees for our company
• Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
• Proactively recruit passive talent to join the LinkedIn business
• Utilize the world's best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
• Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
• Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value
• Partnerwith stakeholders on client meetings and candidate events
