Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Recruiter, GTM in Dublin to own full-cycle sourcing for Applied AI and GTM roles across EMEA. You will partner with leaders to define success, build pipelines where markets are new, and close candidates with competing offers.

You will run intake, calibrate market expectations, and drive structured interviews while shaping the hiring playbook for a fast-growing AI-focused team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in UK and European markets.
• Strong stakeholder partnership with senior hiring managers.
• Ability to build technical depth for Applied AI roles quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches under volume pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and GTM roles in EMEA, with focus on London, Paris, and Munich.
• Lead intake sessions to calibrate the role and expectations against market.
• Screen candidates against JD with technical judgment to differentiate quality.
• Source and engage candidates to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct structured, candidate-centric interview processes.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation on offers.
