Job summary

Whitewater Group is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver the group’s learning and talent development agenda as the business scales across international locations. The role balances strategic design with hands-on execution, building leadership pipelines, early-career programs and robust governance across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, L&D, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Significant experience in L&D, Talent Management or organisational development.
• Experience implementing or managing a Learning Management System.
• Experience managing learning budgets and grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead annual talent review and succession planning with senior leadership and HR.
• Lead the selection, implementation and launch of a Group-wide LMS.
• Coordinate mandatory training and governance across functions and locations.
• Manage learning budgets, grants, subsidies and reporting to maximise funding.
