Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Learning Manager to lead scalable learning programs across our global Membership Services organization, including onboarding, product readiness, and employee development. You will direct a high-performing team, oversee LMS strategy, and drive innovations in learning experiences.

Qualifications

• ,6+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, with 2+ years in people management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute learning strategies, onboarding programs, and ongoing development initiatives.
• Experience leading learning professionals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing LMS platforms, governance, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to improve programs using metrics.
• Project management, communication, cross-functional collaboration; experience in global customer service/BPO is a plus.
• Commitment to AI tools and responsible usage in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive learning strategy and roadmap aligned with Membership Services priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals, establishing clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the strategy and governance of the LMS and learning tech ecosystem, leveraging automation and AI.
• Guide the development of engaging, accessible learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and evaluation to connect learning investments to business outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Membership Services, Operations, HR, and Technology to drive performance and global growth.
