Job summary

Whitewater Group is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s learning, talent development and succession planning across international sites. You will build capability, leadership pipelines and early-career talent with senior stakeholder collaboration.

The role combines strategic design with hands-on delivery, governance, and reporting. You will lead LMS implementation, learning grants, budgets and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR, L&D, Organisational Psychology, Business or Education.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing learning strategies and succession planning.
• Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide L&D strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead Group-wide LMS requirements, implementation and governance.
• Coordinate mandatory training, reporting and compliance across functions.
• Design apprenticeship, graduate and early-career programmes.
• Manage L&D budget, external providers and grant funding.
