The Talbot Group is seeking a Head of Learning and People Development to lead the organisation-wide learning and leadership development agenda. You will translate organisational priorities into a coherent strategy that builds capability, supports safe person-centred services, and enables career progression across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with HR Operations, Employee Relations and Engagement, and operational leaders to ensure mandatory training is audit-ready while fostering a culture

Qualificações

• Relevant professional qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, organisational psychology, education or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a senior Learning & Development / People Development role within a complex or multi-site environment.
• Experience developing and delivering organisation-wide learning and people development strategies and plans.
• Experience managing mandatory and regulatory learning, compliance monitoring and audit or inspection readiness.
• Proven experience designing leadership, management and organisational capability development programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Leads group-wide learning and people development strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
• Translates priorities into learning programs that build capability and support safe, person-centred services.
• Manages budgets, external providers and procurement for learning initiatives.
• Develops competency frameworks, career pathways and succession or talent development approaches.
• Partners with leaders across departments to implement learning analytics and continuous improvement.
