Job summary

Allianz Partners Ireland Travel Operations Learning seeks a senior L&D leader to oversee global Training Facilitation Teams, reporting to the Head of Learning for Travel Operations. This role will manage regional Training Teams and tailor learning programs for Travel Claims and Contact Centre/Sales and Service across units.

You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, local recruitment, and wider learning teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences, aligning to business strategy

Qualifications

• 7+ years in L&D as a trainer
• Experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge of training environment and regulatory aspects
• Knowledge of creation tools – PowerPoint, Acrobat, Learning Design, Knowledge Management, Slido, Forms
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and agility
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of Trainers and foster innovation
• Ability to interact with senior management and articulate position
• Experience in working strategically and overcoming obstacles
• Strong customer satisfaction and process efficiency focus

Responsibilities

• Collect training needs from Operations, Recruitment, Compliance, Strategic Teams and Key Initiatives
• Design training plans/programmes to meet business and customer needs
• Oversee content creation or support materials produced by direct reports
• Ensure training contents align with learning objectives and LoB targets
• Identify key skills and competencies to drive operational excellence with other functions
• Coordinate training content creation with stakeholders
• Cooperate with BU Trainers to manage localization of contents
• Coach, motivate and develop a global team of Training Facilitators
• Maintain oversight of training provided by third parties
• Support local/regional LMS implementations and other platforms
• Follow the training slot plan with Workforce management and Operations
• Oversee regional training organization: sessions planning, logistics
• Monitor learning hours uploads and HR processes
• Monitor training impact results and evaluations
• Promote Knowledge management system usage for real-time access
• Communicate vision to platforms teams and managers about L&D culture
• Participate in wider travel learning community to share best practices
