Job summary

Tetra Tech Ireland is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to shape capability across Ireland. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning that supports graduates, managers, and professionals within our expanding regional business.

Working in a flexible hybrid model, you will partner with the Senior L&D Business Partner, HR, SMEs and awarding bodies, travel across the Republic of Ireland as required to ensure programs meet quality and impact targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with accredited learning and quality assurance.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
• Willingness to travel across the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver engaging learning solutions across Ireland.
• Manage full programme lifecycle including planning, scheduling and evaluation.
• Support accreditation, quality assurance and learner records.
