Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Learning & Development Lead for Ireland to design, deliver and continuously improve learning that supports graduates, emerging talent, managers and professionals undertaking accredited development.

You will own the learner experience across programmes, coordinating face-to-face, virtual and blended delivery, and work with the Senior L&D Business Partner, HR colleagues, SMEs and awarding bodies.

Qualifications

• Assessor qualification and QA qualifications preferred.
• Experience with accredited programmes and awarding bodies.
• Background in learning delivery, resource development and record management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and improve Ireland-wide learning solutions across formats.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, delivery, assessment and evaluation.
• Support accredited provision and quality assurance activities.
• Manage learner records, supplier coordination and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, leaders, SMEs and external providers; travel across ROI as needed.
