Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience across instructional design and learning business partnering / performance consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning theory and learning experience design.
• Hands-on experience with instructional design tools: Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Own learning experience design and development end-to-end for local Ireland audiences and contribute assets to the enterprise portfolio.
• Design learning experiences serving Ireland-specific needs and enterprise DDAT L&D portfolio with reusability in mind.
• Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions with adaptability to audience, energy, and context.
