Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Learning & Development Lead for Ireland to design, deliver and continuously improve learning for graduates, managers, and professionals. You will manage the full programme lifecycle, collaborate with SMEs, awarding bodies and HR, and contribute to the quality and governance of our learning portfolio across Ireland.

The role requires facilitation, design, assessment experience, and the ability to travel across the Republic of Ireland in a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development delivery, including facilitation and resource development.
• Programme coordination and accurate record management.
• Experience with accredited or recognised learning and assessment standards is important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning in face-to-face and virtual settings with inclusive sessions.
• Design, adapt and quality-assure learning for classroom, virtual and self-directed delivery.
• Assess learner submissions against criteria and provide constructive feedback.
• Support governance, audit readiness and documentation across the programme lifecycle.
• Travel across the Republic of Ireland as required.
