Qualifications

• Strong forecasting, planning, and business insight skills.
• Experience deriving business insights from data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance, forecasting, planning, and target attainment across all programs.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive presentations.
• Develop sales strategies, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Derive insights from data to optimize sales motions and inform decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to sales managers globally.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure business success.
• Align with client leadership on strategy and growth initiatives.
• Coach and mentor sales managers; build leadership capability.
• Drive adoption of best practices across markets.
