Accenture UK & Ireland is hiring an Ad Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth in Dublin onsite. You will lead a high-performing digital advertising sales team, blend people leadership with pipeline discipline and consultative selling to deliver measurable advertiser outcomes.

You will coach SMB and Mid-Market sellers, own quota attainment and forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Product, Measurement, Policy, and Ops to align solutions with client goals.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in sales or digital advertising.
• 1–2+ years in team lead or people management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of Ad Sales Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Own team-level quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity KPIs.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations and cadence for pipeline progression and SLA adherence.
• Run structured pipeline reviews, call coaching, and quality scorecard reviews.
• Drive onboarding and ramp programs aligned to seller experience levels.
• Create individualized performance plans to support development and progression.
• Drive disciplined opportunity qualification using structured methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC-lite).
• Ensure consistent outbound and inbound execution across calls, email, and sales tools.
• Enforce SLA standards for lead follow-up, advertiser responsiveness, and renewal coverage.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, clean pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
• Deliver against revenue targets and team quota commitments.
