Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Sales & Operations Lead – Digital Advertising in Dublin to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across multiple markets. You will partner with client sales leadership and internal teams to deliver ambitious targets while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong forecasting, strategy development, and leadership of distributed sales organizations, with a focus on SMB digital advertising and cross-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, customer success, or support services.
• 5+ years leading managers in a BPO, technology, digital advertising, or sales environment.
• SMB digital/ad sales experience required.
• Proven experience managing global programs and distributed teams.
• Strong forecasting, performance management, and business planning experience.
• Experience deriving business insights from data and analytics.
• Experience building and managing sales teams and leaders.
• Experience working across multiple markets and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance, forecasting, planning, and target attainment across all programs.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive presentations.
• Develop sales strategies, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Derive insights from data to optimize sales motions and inform strategic decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales managers and seller teams globally.
• Partner closely with Operations Leadership to ensure overall business success.
• Align with client sales leadership on business strategy, execution, and growth initiatives.
• Coach and mentor sales managers while building leadership capability and succession pipelines.
• Drive innovation, transformation, and adoption of best practices across markets.
