Qualifications

• Customer Service or Order management experience essential.
• Experience delivering against KPIs in a busy environment.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from internal and external customers within SLA, ensuring accurate data entry in EBS.
• Highlight trends impacting order processing and collaborate with Customer Service to resolve.
• Build knowledge of HID products and attend trainings as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement updates with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate an agile approach to support HID's business.
