Job summary

Teleflex in Ireland seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize consignment inventory at customer locations, ensuring product availability and minimizing excess stock.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to maintain efficient inventory processes, review par levels, and support KPI reporting. Fluency in English is required; French is an advantage. Experience with SAP/ERP and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; French an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory or related analytical roles.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong computer and Excel skills; ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify excess, slow-moving or expired stock.
• Review customer consignment par levels and usage information.
• Assist with stock rotation and redeployment to reduce excess inventory.
• Prepare regular inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain accuracy of inventory data in ERP and reporting systems.
