Job summary

Teleflex seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize consignment inventory across customer locations in Ireland. You will analyze stock levels, prepare reports, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to minimize excess and improve turnover.

The role requires English fluency, attention to detail, and experience with SAP and Excel. A 2–4 year background in inventory or related analytics is preferred, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• English fluency required and French an advantage
• 2–4 years in inventory or related analytical roles preferred
• Experience with consignment stock processes
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel; CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential issues such as excess, slow-moving or expired stock for review
• Prepare regular inventory-related reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory data within ERP and inventory systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize inventory turnover and avoid write-offs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements
• Support inventory-related process improvements and automation initiatives
