Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager based in Ireland. You will build strong relationships with VIP users, deliver personalized support, and enhance the customer experience in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

You will engage Bronze VIPs, identify needs, promote platform activities, and help upgrade customers to higher VIP tiers. The role is fully remote with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) to communicate with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone/email.
• Strong CRM abilities and customer relationship-building.
• Ability to handle objections and demonstrate product value.
• Customer-oriented mindset with KPI motivation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Experience in iGaming is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of English, French, or Italian is a plus.
• Experience with SoftSwiss admin platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized customer support to Bronze VIP users.
• Handle requests from the Retention team to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Promote platform activities and experiences (tournaments, quests, campaigns).
• Interview Bronze VIP users to gather feedback and identify improvements.
• Increase satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIPs to higher tiers.
• Address objections professionally and communicate product value.
• Assist customers with verification processes when needed.
• Work toward KPIs and individual targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality.
